Poulet Biryani. Heat oil in a large oven-proof pot over medium heat. Heat stock and salt in a medium pot.

It is made with Indian spices, rice, and usually some type of meat (chicken, beef, goat, lamb, prawn, fish) or in some cases without any meat, and sometimes, in addition, eggs and potatoes. Cuire le riz selon les instructions du fabricant.

Increase heat to medium-high and sprinkle sugar over remaining ghee in pot.

Add the chicken mixture and potatoes; gently mix them into the rice.

Add sliced onions and cook until golden. Verser une part de riz dans le fond du plat. Use all other spices per recipe.
