Pate A Sablee. It does crumble a bit, but is far from dry and would be described as rich. Add flour and salt, and beat until just combined and crumbly (do not overmix).

Add the all-purpose flour, almond flour, powdered sugar and salt to the bowl of a food processor.
Pour la préparer, il vous suffit de suivre la recette dans l'ordre ! Then gradually mix in the butter with the liquid ingredients in the well. Put it in a bowl and place in the fridge or a freezer to be completely cold before using.
