Sauce Satay
Sauce Satay. While it's popularly associated with Thai cuisine, it's enjoyed throughout Southeast Asia and has Indonesian roots. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, peanut butter, onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, and pepper flakes.
Brush with canola oil; season with salt and pepper, to taste. In a small saucepan mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, chilli flakes, fish sauce, coconut milk, light brown sugar and ground coriander whilst heating over a medium heat. Put the peanut butter, milk in a saucepan and warm gradually.
Remove from the heat and cover with a towel to keep warm.
Fusilli aux poulet, poivron, broccoli et sauce.
Combine all ingredients into a medium-sized saucepan EXCEPT for the lime juice. One is for marinate and another is a peanut sauce mix. Adjust consistency with water - it should be a pourable but thickish sauce.
