A coulibiac (from Russian: кулебя́ка, kulebyáka) is a type of Russian pirog usually filled with salmon or sturgeon, rice or buckwheat, hard- boiled eggs, mushrooms, onions, and dill. Then we get what feels odd—making crepes, as Julia Child suggests, as an addition to a dish that will be baked inside the pastry. Allow spinach to cool and squeeze out most of the liquid from the spinach.
