Biryani Poulet. Do not lift lid or stir while cooking. The Chicken Biryani is my favorite entree so far.
Cuire le riz selon les instructions du fabricant. Add enough water, add salt as per taste, add cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, shahi zeera, a teaspoon of oil and lemon extract. Most commonly biryani is made with either chicken or mutton and is a favorite among many.
This aloo biryani is amazingly delicious and will be loved if you are a vegetarian.
Add the chicken mixture and potatoes; gently mix them into the rice.
Long-grained rice (like basmati) flavored with fragrant spices such as saffron and layered with lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetables and a thick gravy.
