Risotto Creme
Risotto Creme. Notre sélection de cuillères en bois. Stir in cream, cheese, salt, pepper and remaining butter.

In a large deep skillet melt the butter in olive oil.
Heat oil in a Dutch over over medium heat, then add onion.
All it takes is a heavy skillet, a burner, a spoon, and some rice and broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in herbs as desired. Throw in the garlic and onion and sauté for a couple of minutes until the onion is translucent.
