Poulet Satay. Cut the chicken tights into one-inch-thick pieces. Combine peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha, light brown sugar and water in a small mixing bowl.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate. Tempeh mariné à la sauce soja. But I usually cook it on the stove for convenience.
Pork or chicken satay in peanut sauce, with salad and French-fries, is popular in pubs or eetcafes.
Pour the marinade into the bowl and mix the chicken with the marinade.
Poulet mariné au paprika et citron. When ready to cook, thread the meat onto wooden skewers. Strain and reserve lemongrass pieces for marinade.
