Poulet Satay. Cut the chicken tights into one-inch-thick pieces. Combine peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha, light brown sugar and water in a small mixing bowl.

Pork or chicken satay in peanut sauce, with salad and French-fries, is popular in pubs or eetcafes.
Pour the marinade into the bowl and mix the chicken with the marinade.
